Homework Tracker is a web-based application that allows families to track student assignments, tests, class schedules, and related academic information. The service is provided as-is and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account. By registering, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of any children whose information you add to the service. You are solely responsible for ensuring appropriate use of the service within your family.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and family access code. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SERVICE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HOMEWORK TRACKER, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50), WHICHEVER IS LESS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Homework Tracker and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we make no guarantee against data loss. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of important information. We are not liable for any loss of data under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including disclaimers of warranty and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Washington State.
